Shubb C1 Standard Capo

The Shubb Capo C1 operates on an "over-center" locking principle. If you've used one, you know the feeling – as you clamp it onto the neck, it passes through a point of maximum resistance (the "center"), then eases slightly into its locked position.

We’ve coined a term for the difference in pressure between these two points: we call it "dropoff".

• More dropoff means a greater difference between the pressure at the center point and the locked position.

• Less dropoff means a smaller difference between the pressure at the center point and the locked position.
